Refund Policy

All of our courses except for the Reboot Intensive come with a 30-day money back guarantee based on the following factors:

Up till 30 Days into the course:

1. You watched all of the training videos for the course to completion.
2. You completed all of the worksheets included in the course weekly and provide 4 weeks worth of completed worksheets as proof.
3. You implemented all the strategies in the courses up to the first 30 Days.
4. If an accountability partner was part of the course, you contacted him on a daily basis and before of after any slips or relapses,providing screenshots as proof.

If you did all of the above, but are not seeing improvement, then you are able to request a full refund within 30 days.

Refunds are not available for payment plans.

You understand that this is the only circumstance where refunds will be given.

Please note that refunds are not giving simply because you changed your mind, decided you don't feel like doing the course anymore, or slipped/relapsed during the courses. Slips are a part of the recovery process. Absolutely no exceptions.
